Pressed N' Obsessed LLC specializes in handmade, custom press-on nails. Each set is individually crafted, and natural variations are expected. All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer 💅

By purchasing from Pressed N' Obsessed LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Designs may not be 100% identical or “perfect,” as all items are handcrafted.

  • Colors, charms, and embellishments may vary due to lighting, screen differences, or availability.

  • All nails are painted with gel polish and cured to the best of our ability.

  • Each nail receives two layers of topcoat for added durability.

  • Minor imperfections are normal in handmade goods and do not qualify as defects.

Pressed N' Obsessed LLC reserves the right to refuse service or decline any specific design, request, or custom set at any time, for any reason.
If service is refused, you will not be billed or will be refunded (excluding non-refundable deposits).

3. Payment, Pricing & Discounts 💸

  • All prices are final.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once work has begun on a set, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

  • Discounts or promotions apply only when explicitly stated.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping Policy 💌

4.1 Shipping Locations

  • Free shipping is provided to customers within the 48 continental United States.

  • Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations are responsible for shipping fees.

4.2 Processing & Shipping Time

  • Each set is handmade and requires careful attention.

  • Orders typically ship 5–7 days after work on the set begins.

  • Processing times may extend during holidays, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen delays.

4.3 Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

  • Pressed N' Obsessed LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

  • Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer.

4.4 Shipping Notification, Tracking & Liability After Drop-Off 📦

Once your order has been completed and shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or message.

  • A UPS tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

  • Most orders are shipped through UPS unless otherwise stated.

After your package has been dropped off with UPS and scanned into their system:

  • Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC is no longer responsible for any loss, delays, damage, mishandling, or issues that occur in transit.

  • Any concerns regarding lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be handled directly with UPS using your tracking number.

  • Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC cannot replace or refund orders affected by carrier-related issues once the package has been handed over to UPS.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that shipping risks shift to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

5. No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds 🚫

Due to the custom, handmade, and hygienic nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No cancellations are allowed once work begins.

  • No returns are accepted for any reason.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery,

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging,

  • Replacement or resolution will be determined at our discretion.

  • Products are for personal use only.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may result in order cancellation and potential legal action.

All designs, artwork, content, logos, and product photos on pressednobsessed.com are the intellectual property of Pressed N' Obsessed LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Adhesive & Gel Product Liability Waiver 🛑

By purchasing, applying, or using any press-on nails, adhesives, gels, or related products from Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand and accept that:

  • Adhesives, glue, gel polish, dehydrators, primers, and prep solutions may cause irritation, redness, burns, allergic reactions, or sensitivity.

  • Gel and adhesive products may cause damage to natural nails if removed improperly, overused, or applied to weakened nails.

  • Individual reactions vary based on skin chemistry, medical conditions, and application techniques.

You assume all risks associated with product use.

11.2 No Medical Guarantees

Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC:

  • Does not provide medical advice.

  • Does not guarantee that products are allergy-safe or suitable for sensitive skin.

  • Cannot predict or prevent personal allergic reactions.

It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional if you have known sensitivities or concerns.

11.3 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Performing a patch test prior to full use.

  • Following proper application and removal instructions.

  • Avoiding ingredients known to cause irritation.

  • Discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Seeking medical care when needed.

Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC is not liable for any harm caused by misuse, improper removal, or failure to consider allergies or sensitivities.

11.4 Limitation of Liability – Skin, Nails & Allergic Reactions

Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to gel, glue, or adhesive products.

  • Damage to natural nails, nail beds, or surrounding skin.

  • Skin irritation, burns, swelling, dermatitis, or infection.

  • Injuries caused by improper application or removal.

  • Adverse reactions due to personal body chemistry or medical conditions.

All use of products is at your own risk.

11.5 Release of Claims

By purchasing or using our products, you fully release Pressed N’ Obsessed LLC from:

  • All claims, demands, or lawsuits related to adhesive or gel product use.

  • Liability for injuries, reactions, or damages.

  • Liability resulting from your personal application practices or negligence.

12 Payment Policy & Order Authorization

By placing an order through Pressed N’ Obsessed, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments are processed exclusively through Venmo. After completing the Interest Form and consultation, the customer will receive an official price quote followed by a Venmo payment request. No production will begin, and no materials will be prepared, until full payment has been received and confirmed. Submission of the Interest Form constitutes authorization for Pressed N’ Obsessed to issue a Venmo request for the agreed-upon amount and confirms the customer’s understanding of this payment process.
